Hi Crafty friends,
So I have had my Fur Grandbaby since Wednesday and she sure makes it hard to do much of anything!!! Her momma was on call this weekend, so it makes it hard for Little Miss Quinn to be in her crate all day. But I’ve been able to sneak away when Grandpa gets home from golf!
I’ve really been wanting to play with my new PPP products and some previously released ones also that I’ve never touched!
First I knew I wanted to use paste with the new stencils.
Using Valentine Words stencil and Nuvo Glazier Paste Mambo Melon on MFT Poppin’ Pink card stock.
Then I grabbed the Eyelet Heart Dies(second from the largest) and Eyelet Rectangles Dies and die cut it out of MFT Cotton Candy. Took an exacto knife and cut out the center along the stitched line. I die cut out an additional 5 more Eyelet Hearts to make a well for the shaker bits. With one of the white heart center I ran it through my Gemini Jr. with the Pierced Heart Plate. Also Die cut out with the Eyelet Heart a piece of acetate.
Die Cut out the new Be Mine Shadow Die Shadow Die from white card stock and the word die from Gina K Red Velvet card stock. It can be any red from you stash. Die cut the word die out two more times to stack up for dimension using Bearly Arts Glue.
By now the paste is dry and so I cut it down to fit inside the Eyelet Rectangle. 3 6/16 X 4 9/16 Vertical
Run the panel through the Gemini Jr. with the Pierced Heart plate to give it even more interested.
Out of the center of the panel, using the second largest heart of the Eyelet Heart Die. Add Foam tape to the back of the panel.
Using Bearly Arts glue I attached the acetate to the back of the pink Eyelet Heart for the top. With the white pierced heart I placed inside next to the acetate. Then in the cut out of the panel added glue and laid it down in place over the Eyelet Rectangle for perfect placement.
Add your mix of shaker bits, I had Sweetheart Shaker Beads and sequins from my stash.
Remove the backing from the back of the foam behind the panel. Add Bearly Arts glue around the heart and on the foam and line up with the white heart.
Add sentiment with 3D foam squares large and small. Even had to add the thin ones to make sure it was flush with the Eyelet Heart. Attach with Bearly Arts liquid glue.
It’s here were I feel like it needs a little something more.
So I grabbed the previously released Love Balloons Stamp set, stamped out on X-Press It paper with memento Tuxedo Black ink.
COPIC Colored:
Bunny : E40, E41, E42, E43, R11
Balloon: R81, R83, R85
Next die cut out with Coordinating Dies then Attach with 3D foam squares to the back.
Attached onto a standard card base, Portrait. 4.25 X 5.5 inches. Top Fold
Thanks for stopping by,
Debbie
