Hi Friends, today there is a Hop with Ranger and Whimsy Stamps. You know I love all the Ranger Mica Sprays, Pastes and of course the Distress Inks. So make sure to go to my Instagram @Franklyjustcards to hop along!

I started off with the Drippy Frame Die with Distress White Heavy Card stock. Die cut it out once to spray with Distress Mica Stain spray-Winter Frost, set to the side to dry. Then with white cardstock cut again two more times to off set and stack for dimension.
Then with a standard panel ink blend on Distress Ink- Tumble Glass in the center and Weathered Wood ink around the edges. Then with the Winter Wonderland Stencil I added a water muddle for the bear to be grounded. Once dry, I placed on top of the panel with the Polka Dot Stencil on a grip mat. With a spatula apply Distress Grit Paste-Opaque.
Next stamp out the bear from the Polar Bear Birthday Stamp set, onto X-Press It smooth cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

Fussy cut out or use a Brother Scan and Cut to cut it out.
Die cut out the Elegant Snowflakes and Border Dies, just the snowflakes from Pixi Dust by Lawn Fawn.
Stamp out the sentiment from the set and cut out. Mat with a matching color.
Adhere it all together with Liquid glue, the bear is popped up with foam squares.
Thanks for stopping by and stay crafty my friends!
