Hi crafty friends, here for you boos! Today, I have the cuties Ghost Holders from a previous release. With the new Valentine Holder Addition Dies!
First I started off die cutting the ghosts trying to plan out with a designs. I then realized with doing two of them it needed to be a 5 X 7 cards. So with the Scattered Hearts Frame Stencil on a white 5 X 7 panel and Lobster ink from Lawn Fawn on a grip mat. Centering the larger heart ink blended on the Lobster with some low tack masking tape on each sides. Once that is down, clean the stencil and move over to the right with the edge of the stencil and mask off the panel. Repeat the left side, just make sure to mask off.
Then was making the frame with the Scallop Frame Die and red card stock. Die cutting it with the plate from the machine, off the die so it won’t cut the one side. The die is in a Portrait style, so then slide it over to match up the cuts. I found it easier to have this already cut to the 5X7 panel making sure it is with in the parameters of what is needed.
Next was to white heat emboss the sentiment and the heart, in the middle of the heart on the panel using the new Valentine Greetings.
Die cut out the hearts with red glitter card stock and string with Matt Metallic Silver for the garland from the Valentine Holder Addition. I did a few extra small red glitter hearts and laid on top of the panel, they match perfectly! One of the finally touches was to add a Cherry Red Pearl to the middle of the bow.
Adhered it all together with liquid glue and Pop up the ghosts with foam squares.
Thanks for stopping by and stay crafty my friends!
