Hi Friends, today I’m sharing the new Coffee Lover and Kawaii Faces Dies from Pixi Dust Designs.
To start off I masked off a 5×7 panel about 11/2 inches up. Ink blending on the bottom to make a countertop. Then I moved the tape to cover the bottom. Placing a brick stencil from MFT over the panel on a grip mat and ink blended on a warm gray. Then the angel was trimmed down 1/8 inches on the sides to be matted with the teal cardstock.
Next up was to die cut out the images with card stock from my stash. I did add dimension by ink blending on the edges of each one.
Then with the Kawaii Faces Dies, I die cut out one face to add to the Coffee Pot.
Since the Coffee Pot is larger than the Espresso Machine, I knew I had to make it look like it was further back, by raising it up higher on the card.
I die cut out the sentiment twice, the top with the same brown as the coffee color and pink from the handle to off set the heart.
Lastly, I added highlights with a white gel pen and added Glossy Accents to the espresso beans.
