Marie Girl

Hi friends, today I’m sharing the Marie Girl stamp from the new release over at Picket Fence Studios. I love how she turned out, with her red auburn hair! When I started her I was going with pinks, and then when it came to the background I had the new Fabulously Glossy A2 Card front Wild Daisies. So I had to do a glaze over her top to make it an Orange and paper pieced the flowers to change them yellow. It just make sense.

So to start off I stamped Marie Girl on to X-Press It with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. COPIC Coloring guide:

Skin: OLO OR7.2, OR7.1, OR2.0, OR1.0 Cheeks R11

Hair: E08, E18, YR18, YR14

Leaves: BG95, BG93, BG91

Flowers: Y11, Y13, Y15

R81, R83, R85, Glazed with YR12, YR14, YR16

Background: B000, B0000

Eyes:B97, B95, B91

Then after I was done I cut around her with the new Beyond Basics A2 Scallops Arches and Window Cover Plate Dies. There is a frame die in the set and I cut out a gold frame to attach around the Marie Girl. And the Scallop was die cut out of white card stock. Adhering it to a panel of the Wild Daises card front.

Next I stamped and gold heat embossed the sentiment from two different sets: Swanky Sentiments: Salutations and Signature Quotes: Friendship. Then I trimmed them out with their Coordinating Dies. Popped them up with foam squares.

Bundle Signature Quotes:Friendship

Add some gems from the Wonderland Gem Mix.

Thanks for stopping by and stay crafty my friends!
