Hi friends, I’m here today with the Birfday Dragon Stamp Set from Whimsy Stamps. I have to say I don’t have a lot of the Dustin Pike sets but I am a fan. They are so quirky fun!
So to start off I stamped the image with Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press It smooth white. Then COPIC colored:
RV66, RV55, RV63, RV52
W0, W3 in the whites of the eyes
Eye color: B91, B93, B95
E84, E81
E23, E25, E27
Grass:G21, G24, G28
YR04, Y18
OLO for the Dragon: YG1.2, YG1.4, YG1.6
Once the coloring was done I fussy cut really close to the black line and added foam squares to the back of the image.
The I grabbed a panel of Neenah and with the residual ink on my blue brush blended in the center.
Stamped the sentiment from the set on the bottom center so the Dragon could sit on the top of the sentiment and still be inside of the Extreme Postage Die. Next with the second largest die I die cut out the panel. I used the largest die for the mat with a hot pink cardstock. Adhering it all to a standard A2 card base.
Lastly adding just a few pink baubles.
Super easy and cute birthday card for my stash now!

Thanks for stopping by and happy Monday!
