Hi friends, wedding season is upon us! This is the Vest Gift Bag add on from @pixidustdesigns! The card that I also made is from the Gift Bag A & B Dies.
My thought with the card and bag was to have the groomsmen and groom. So with the coordinating colors, I used a light blue and Khaki card stock.
Starting off with the Bag I assembled it in the light blue cardstock. The front pieces were die cut from white, using the Vest Gift bag add on Die Set. The dies provide the shirt detail and Bow tie that was needed. I added a scrap of white card stock for underneath the collar. Otherwise it would show blue from the bag. Next, I die cut out the vest from Desert Storm cardstock and did some light ink blending on the outer edges for dimension. Make sure you attach the seam going all the way down the shirt before adding the vest. There are so many possibilities with this set. Just changing up the colors makes a huge difference.

I found Jaded Blossoms had the perfect wedding sentiments! So I went into my stash and stamped and white heat embossed it. Then die cut it out with the coordinating dies.
For the card, Jaded Blossoms newest release was wedding theme. And the freebie was the Diamond stencil. I grabbed a panel of Neenah #80 Solar Crest and a grip mat, ink blended on the lightest of blues. Honestly, I probably used the ink already on the brush!
Then, I die cut out the front die for the Gift bag and trimmed off the sides where it would fold. Right along the perforated edges.
I die cut out a white pice to add in for the shirt, attached the collar with two small buttons on the tip of the collar. The Tie clip was cut from Gold Card stock, from the Career Uniform Die Set.
The tie is also from the Career Uniform Gift Bag Add on Die set.
Adhered all the pockets with the handkerchief butt right up against the pocket die cut.
I don’t know if you can tell that I added a cummerbund? There was I die that worked for it. I would have loved to add a vest instead but none of it would have shown up under the jacket.
I added a small flower on the lapel. Stamped the sentiment with blue ink on Desert Storm Card stock. die cut it out with the coordinating dies.
