Hi Friends, it’s RELEASE Day over at Pretty Pink Posh! The new Summery Goodness is now available, packed with seashell, sandcastles, corals and so much more! I feel as though I’ve been waiting all summer for this release! I had as much fun making cards for this release as I do for Christmas time!! There’s just something so fun and gratifying with adding splatter and glitter!!!

Anyhow, let’s get going by making the background. With a panel of Stamping Up Bubble Bath measuring 4 X 5.25 inches. You can also wait and trim it down after the paste is dry. I placed it on a grip mat with Summer Words Stencil and add an iridescent transparent glitter paste by Stamperia. Set it to the side to dry.

Next, I die cut out the Large Clam shell from the Seashell Shaker Die from Lawn Fawn Vanilla Malt card stock. I did some ink blending on the edges for dimension.

Then with the new Stitched Seashells dies, I die cut out two of them from Gina K Bubblegum Pink cardstock. Just to have a little dark of a pink and then to also mat with the same pink later.

To have an assortment of sizes, I then use the new Seashell Border Dies. And die cut out one of the small starfish from the Vanilla Malt card stock. Also doing some light ink blending on the edges of all the shells. Adding 3D foam squares to the back of the two smaller shells.

The panel is now dry, so it can be trimmed down now to remove some of the rough edges from the paste.

After attaching all the shells with liquid glue to make sure they stick to the paste. I took some Lawn Fawn White Hemp Twine, and wrapped it around the panel and in between the shells three times then tying into a bow.

For the sentiment I used the new Seashell Stamp set, stamping and white heat embossing on the Bubblegum Pink cardstock.

Lastly, I added some the of Pink Blush Pearls.

I just love how this turned out, so delicate! And of course the fact that it is Pink!!
