Hi friends, I’m back with another new Cheerful Chirp collection bird! This one is called Free Hugs Oscar Die!

With this on I went really simple with a nice blend of Distress Oxide Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, and Squeezed Lemonade inks. With a panel of Bristol Smooth card stock I masked off all four edges and ink blended on the colors. Then I added some water splatter, and pulled up the ink with a paper towel. Next, I splattered on Distress Spritz- Fossilized Amber and Twisted Citron spritz. But when I took off the masking tape I realized I had it crooked. So I trimmed it even leaving a little white edge.

With the flowers I die cut them out with a white card stock. But before I attached the Gumdrop for the greenery, I added SSS Zest ink for a little shading.

Then with the Spread Your Wings Sentiment set, I stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment on black card stock. Using a trimmer to cut in down, popping it up with foam squares.
