Potion Bottles

Hi friends, how much are we loving the new Halloween release from Pretty Pink Posh Stamps? Today I’m showcasing the new Potion Bottle Dies and the Crackle Background Stencil.

I started off with the background panel on a grip mat with the Crackle Stencil using a lavender card stock. Then ink blended on a darker purple ink.

Next was to die cut out all the layers of the Potion Bottles. I used white card stock and colored them with my Copics. The outside edges was with BG000.

For the Potion in each of the bottles I used:

BV20,BV23, BV25, BV29

Cork: E35, E37

YG03, YG17, YG21

YR02, YR04, YR07

Candy Corn YR04, Y11

Spider: BV00, BV01, BV02, BV04

I would do the coloring and then blot on spots with the Colorless Blender for it to look like bubbles inside the potion.

With the labels I stamped out the sentiment and then with the residual ink on my brown brush I lightly blended on each of the edges.

I added on the two that are not shakers some acetate in between the frame layer and the potion. Making it look like liquid.

Then with the shaker I cut out 6 of the frames to stack up with a layer of acetate in between. Next I added the Halloween Night Shaker Beads into the well and then attached the back with Purple potion backing.

With the Spider Friends Stamp, I stamped and colored the spider with the hat. After the coloring I die cut it out with the Coordinating Dies.

I adhered it all together and attached to a Horizontal top fold card base.
