Bat Lollipop Holder

Hi friends, back with the adorable Bat Lollipop Holder Dies from Pixi Dust Designs Halloween Release!

I decided on these lollipop holders and the cake dies from the release that I needed to show that they can be used on a card as well. I really wanted to make them a tag as well. Always trying to think outside the box on my stash!

The making of the Bat Lollipop is pretty standard, just die cut it out from gray card stock. I copic colored in the eyes with 100. Backed the wings and nose with a Bubblegum pink card stock. The hole for the lollipop is pretty small will fit a Dum-Dum sucker.

Then for the card, I masked off the edges and ink blended on Distress Oxides-Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Lumberjack Plaid, and then Black soot. Before removing the tape, I splattered on diluted black paint, Perfect Pearl and White. Set it to the side to dry.

Die cut out the Bat on one side only that’s all you’ll need. The die cut the center I die cut it out of the same Bubblegum pink card stock as well as under the wings. Adhered it all together with liquid glue.

Popped it up with foam squares and attached to the center of the panel. The sentiment came from Honey Bee Stamps. The set is called Sweet Halloween Stamp set. I stamped and white heat embossed it and with the Coordinating dies cut it out. Popping it up as well with small foam squares.
