Hi friends, have you seen Bibi’s Musical Notes Collection yet? If you have a musical friend or family member then this is the collection for you!

With the new Musical Notes 3D Embossed Folder, I ran it through with a white standard A2 panel. Set it to the side for later.
Next, I started die cutting out the Mini Musical Instruments Etched Dies.I kept the color palettes simple with pink, black and silver with the white embossed background.
On the mini pink instruments I ink blended on the edges to give it depth. Then started attached them together with liquid glue. I would do a little snipping on some of the pieces to add them on in silver, so they just weren’t all black. I popped them up with thin foam squares and attached them to the embossed background.
For the sentiment I went through my stash and found an older Glimmer set called, Everyday Sentiments 2. It’s discontinued but shop your stash, you may have something close to it. I hot foiled with silver on to a Glossy Black card stock and trimmed it out with the die in the set.

For the inside, I used the Musical Notes & Stave Pop-Up Etched Dies. I’m not going to lie it took me three try’s to get it the way I wanted it to spiral out. I did stamp out a sentiment on the inside with the Family Musical Mix Greetings Stamp Set.
I think this turned out pretty cute and I’m saving it for a girlfriend’s birthday. Their family is very musical, if fact the daughter is in a band with other females.
Next up is the Majestic Guitar Box with the Majestic Guitar Box Side Etched Dies.

I did a trial run on this one, and came up with Slow and Steady wins the race!🤣 Do this slowly and just a few tabs at a time to glue them down. It makes it easier around the curves. Also, I decide to do the same colors as my card to be able to post them together.
After I had it all adhered together with liquid glue, I need to decorate it! I have seen some amazing inspiration out there, like a Jimmy Buffet Guitar! And Bibi’s are so amazing as well.

But I borrowed from my friend the Mini Guitar Etched Dies, there are a few different flowers in the set. And keeping it with the same black, pink, silver and White made it a little more challenging with the leaves. So I decide to layer up the leaves with the Brushed Black Card stock with the matte Silver card stock.
I love this color combination, what’s a favorite color combo of yours? Let me know in the comments!
