Christmas Bucket Additions

Hi friends, today is Pretty Pink Posh Stamps Instagram Hop Day 4. So if you have missed the other 3 days, I highly recommend you hop on over the Pretty Pink Posh Instagram page to see the Hop Lists for each day.

This Holiday release is packed with so much cuteness, I had the best time creating all my cards. I went with a lot of red, pink and teal color combo. And they look really good with the brown of the Gingerbread dies! That’s right there is three different gingerbread dies, shaker, and the mugs.

So to start off with my card I ran the Argyle Pierced Plate through with a white standard A2 panel. Then I decided it needed color, so with Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively inks-Carnation, Peony and Rose I blended on with darker on the edge. Next I splattered on Picked Raspberry Distress Spritz and White. Set to the side to dry.

Now time to make the Candy Bucket with the Christmas Bucket Additions Dies. I started off wanting to make the Reindeer shaker. I die cut out with the pinks, red, and teal ornaments from the Christmas Holder Additions but I just could make the colors with browns look good together. I even took out the teal and still wasn’t working for me. So I went back to the Candy Bucket and went with the Santa Bucket.

With the pinks and red ornaments I did a little ink blending on the edges and white splatter and add Pixie Dust card stock for the topper.

The one new die set I still wanted to use was the Christmas Cake Pop Dies. So I thought it would be cute to have the snowman with a Santa hat tucked in there. I went with a pink nose on him instead of the typical orange nose.

After I started arranging the die cuts, I had some areas that were lacking. So I die cut out the Candy Canes and snow flakes from both of the die sets.

Before I started to adhering it all together I went with the Wonky Stitched Rectangle Dies to make a frame. Taping the large and second to largest together and ran through my die cutting machine with a light pink card stock.

For the sentiment I stamped and white heat embossed the “Merry and Bright” from the Christmas Banner Greeting Stamp set and cut out with the Banner Greetings 1 Die set.

Make sure to come back, I have a lot more inspiration for the Holiday release coming soon!
