Hi friends, here with another product that is on sale this week from Pixi Dust Designs. This is the Autumn Accessories Vintage Truck Dies from previous release. Since I don’t own the Vintage Truck Dies I definitely had to think outside the box with this one.

I started off by die cutting out the elements that I felt like I would use. I knew that for my background panel I was going to keep it simple. So I just took a standard A2 white panel, and with low tack tape masked off the edges by 1/4 inch. And with SSS Pawsitively Marine Ink I ink blended on keeping it lighter towards the top. I didn’t care if the top was blotchy, it gives a more cloudy look to it.

I had to give the scarecrow a pattern shirt, I wanted it to be a plaid so I went through my paper stash.

The sentiment was in the set, so there was no going through my stash. I just needed to keep an opening for it with my design.

Adhering all the die cuts together with liquid glue, adding on white highlights I then arranged the cuts on the panel. With the pumpkins in front of the scarecrow to ground him. I tucked some leaves behind the basket of apples and also had some floating down in the sky.
