Hi friends, here today with the Hot Air Balloon Die set from Pixi Dust Designs. This is such a beautiful die set! Which happens to be on sale this week with 35% off with the code, HAR5! I should have made it into a Pendulum card, with the Hot Air Balloon swaying in the air. Might be kind of terrifying !🤣

I just off by making just one of the air balloons in two shade of pink and darker pink. But it turned out so pretty that I ended up making the second one with the other design in the set.

I did some inking to give dimension on the edges and bows. And can I say, how pretty are those bows! Attaching the die cuts all together with liquid glue and popping them up with foam squares.

On the back ground I kept it simple by taking a slimline base and masking off 1/4 inch on all sides, ink blending on some light blue ink. You could probably get away with just using the residual ink on your brush.

In the die set there are clouds, I die cut them out and did a little blending ever so slightly on the bottom edge of them. Popping a few of them up with foam square. The one that overlays on the balloon only needed on the left side a foam square.

For the sentiment, I used one in my stash and slightly manipulated it to form to the die in the set that went over the balloon.

That’s my card for today, it was actually pretty simple but a beauty!
