Hi Friends, it’s Day 1 of Sneak Peeks for the Winter Release coming November 6th over at Pretty Pink Posh! So remember the links are not live until then!

Today, I have the super cute Penguin Shaker! He is so darn cute and I have him all decked out! I just had to give him a red bow, love the pop of red with him! I die cut him out of black card stock twice, one for a frame and the backing. Then once with Acetate for the window. Then cut one of the black die cuts again with the inner piece run it through to make the frame. Attach the acetate to the back and then add foam stripes to make a well. I filled it up with the new Black Tie Beads and adhered with the backing. Flip to the front and attach the face, I did add some lashes.

I started off with the new Twinkle Stencil, but you can’t see it as much as I would like! On a panel I ink blended on Distress Oxide Spruce Ink. Next with the panel and Twinkle Stencil on a grip mat. I applied a silver glitter paste. Set it to the side and cleaned up everything! After it dried I die cut it out with the Wonky Stitched Rectangles dies.

Then with the Birch Trees Dies, I die cut three of them out of white card stock. Next with a light gray ink I applied the ink lightly on the edges. I then decided I wanted to back each of the trees. So I cut about 1/2 inch stripes of gray card stock to adhere to the back of each trees.

I have another sneak peek for you, the new Snowy Hills Border Dies! I die cut them out with three of the individual dies and ink blended on a light teal on the edges. Later I’ll add on Star Dust Stickles to the edges for the sparkle effect.

I adhered it all together and attached to a standard Black panel to mat it.
