Hi friends, I’m super excited to share that I am now part of the Simon Family at Simon Says Stamp! And to think it all starts with the highly anticipated DieCember! I know that everyone is always so excited to see all the dies that Simon has to offer for the month! If there is a die that is out of stock, no worries it will be re-stocked! I received the Nested Stitched Oval Die and paired it with the Cool Birthday Stamp.

Let’s get started with my card for today! I started off by stamping out the Igloo and ice from Cool Birthday Clear Stamp and Die Bundle on to X-Press It smooth White card stock as well as some of the images. But not too close together, I die-cut out the Igloo and Iceberg with the Nested Stitched Ovals Dies later, so they will be directly on the Nested Stitched Oval. I then copic colored in the images with,
BG000, BG00, BG01
Walrus-W2, W3, W4, W6, W8, R22, R20
R24, R27, R29
Penguin-N2, N4, N6, N8, W0, W1,R20
C0, C1
YR04, YR07, YR09
BG11,BG13, BG15
Afterwards I die-cut out the images with the Coordinating Dies with the exceptions of the Igloo and Iceberg. This is where I used to Nested Stitched Ovals Dies to die cut it out.
I stamped out the Igloo image onto masking paper and over laid it on the image. I then ink blended on the edge of the ice with SSS Pawsitively Seafoam Ink.
Next for the background panel, I took a standard A2 panel and ink blended on SSS Surf and on the edges with SSS-Ocean Ink. Then I splattered on water and let it dry. I attached the largest nested stitched oval onto the panel with liquid glue. Popping up the cut out images with 3D foam squares.

For the sentiment in the stamp set, I stamp and white heat embossed it on Black card stock.
To finish it off I add a few clear Drops from Pink Fresh.
