Regal Reflections

Hi crafty friends, today I’m showcasing the new Regal Reflections Collection from Spellbinders! Let me just say, I love these cards! The colors with the dramatic black, so good!

I started off with the Regal lattice Embossing Folder, and ran it through with a standard A2 black card stock.

Then with the Regal Blooms, I die cut out the vase, and flowers. I wasn’t sure which direction I was going on the vase color and then the stems. But I ended up with the stems die-cut out of Alabaster card stock also and inked up with Antique Linen ink.

I did do the two shades of pink for the flowers. After I had it all die cut out I started to attach the flowers and branches all together. I then started to play around with the design, not how they showed to be made.

For the sentiments I used the Ideal Moments BetterPress Plate. Hot foiling with black foil.

With the Arch Punch & Pierce Plate (SSS), made a shaped card using the arch die in the set. This actually a really cool die, it has two more arches that are die-cut out with more details into them. But I kept them out so that I could do black stems and leaves. Instead of doing the Alabaster for the flowers pedal I did the black card stock. As you can see I kept with the same color palette, better for photos. But also I just loved it so much.

On the arrangement I went completely free hand on it. Not using the vase and having it coming out from under the arch. Nothing was adhered to by popping up with foam squares, except the sentiment. All the flowers were adhered directly to the panel with liquid glue.

Last thing I did was add some pink gems from my stash.
