Hi friends, here with the Headmaster Wizard from the new Wizard World release over at Pixi Dust Designs! This is a perfect release for anyone Harry Potter fan. Just think of all the possibilities! Birthday party invitations, thank you cards, the decoration and gift boxes!

I’m going to share the information for both the treat box as well as the card I made with the Headmaster Wizard!

To start off with the treat boxes I used the Mug Add On die along with the Headmaster Wizard Dies. I kept him pretty simple with his hat a basic black and gold. His hair and beard were die cut from fog cardstock with a little COPIC coloring for details!

When it came to Fawkes, I die-cut him from white card stock and ink blended on the orange and yellows. I tried to keep the part around the beak yellow as possible. Die-cutting out extra wings and the tail feathers to do an off set really made him pop a lot more. I had to look online to see what color his beak was and that’s when I saw the eyes and beak were all black. Also around the beak is more black but I didn’t want to mess him up so I let it be!

As I started to assemble it all together, I decided to tuck his wand into the coffee like it was a stir stick. And I really like Fawkes perked on the edge of the mug like it’s on the Headmaster’s hat.🤣

So for the card, I saw some purples used for the Headmaster’s clothing online. So I thought it would be fun to brighten things up by doing a basic ink blended background with masking off the edges about 1/4 inch. I die-cut out his hat with a little darker purple and black. Next I die-cut out Fawkes and ink blended him out again hoping for the same results. Before I attached to the card panel, I stamped out the sentiment from the set. Then I adhered Headmaster Wizard and Fawkes by popping them up with foam squares.

The last thing I decide to do was add some purple Baubles, And one of them slide. Ugh!

I had it all together when I realized I forgot his wand. So I placed it on the bottom which kind of grounded him. 😂
