Hi Crafty friends, here with the Decorative Shamrock Shaker Die for the Lucky Theme week here at Pretty Pink Posh! They are having a sale with 15% off in the Lucky category over at PPP this week!
This is such a great die for a shaker or not. And of course, I had to add some of the adorable Lucky Animals from the newest release also!
I started off with the Scallops Pierced Plate and ran it through my die-cutting machine with a standard A2 panel in a light yellow card stock. Then I trimmed in down by 1/8 inch on all sides.

Next, with the outer Decorative Shamrock die in the middle of the panel I die cut out the window. Flipped the panel over and added acetate with double sided tape. Then running foam strips around the window to make a well for the Best of Luck Shaker Beads. With the same yellow card stock I adhered it to the foam to seal the shaker bits in.

With both of the Decorative Shamrock dies taped together I die-cut out the shamrock to attach to the acetate on the front of the panel.
I then stamped out the “You’re my Lucky Charm” from the Lucky to Know You Stamp set and then used the Coordinating dies. Attaching the sentiment directly to the panel with liquid glue.
Next, with the Lucky Animals Stamp set I stamped out the dog and cat and copic colored them in and used the Coordinating dies. Adhering them next and above the sentiment with liquid glue.

I felt like it still needed more luck! So with the Shamrock Border Dies I die-cut out three of the shamrocks and in the centers I added the small clovers from the Lucky Mix.
Lastly, I added it all to a panel of the same green color matting it and attach to a card base.
I hope you like my card today, and make sure to check out the blog all week for the Design Team inspiration!
