Hi friends, the new Friends with Flair Collection from Hero Arts March release is now available! I was able to get the Jean Jacket Dies, Layering Jacket Stencil and the Totally Awesome Stamp set. There are dies for the stamp set but I didn’t receive them.

Card #1 Jacket Dies

I started off by die-cut out the jacket with a pale pink card stock and ink blended on the edges to give some dimension. For the stencils there is one stencil that will give you the whole jacket whether the front of the back of a jacket. Then there are two layers for the front and two for a back side of the jacket.

Next, I placed the Front side of the Jacket stencil over the base of the panel. I carefully and lightly ink blended on with the two layers a pink ink. Just going more so over the arm area and shoulder.

Then I attached on the pocket but not glue towards the top so I could tuck in some flowers. Which the flowers came from the Large Die of the Month-Classic Kicks from Spellbinders.

Before I adhere it to a card base, I stamped out the sentiment “You’ve Got Flair” with a bright pink ink to match the flowers.

Card #2- Layering Jacket Stencil

For this one I went with the back of the Jacket Dies but die-cut it out a pattern paper. Then I went over with matching inks and the two layers of the back side stencils.

I die cut out the collar from a green teal card stock from Papertrey Ink.

With the Totally Awesome stamp set, I stamped and white heat embossed the “You’re totally Awesome” right over the back of the jacket. Remember no dies, and it is pretty large of a sentiment.

Next, with Crackle Paint 3D embossing folder I ran standard A2 white panel through with the folder.

Adhering it all together, I just felt like it was missing something. So in the die set there is two heart dies in two sizes.

I could totally see myself wearing either one of these!
