Fairy Land

Hi friends,

I started this card before we left for a cruise for our 30th wedding anniversary. I think I wanted to start it so I remembered my idea for the Fairy Land Stamp set from Whimsy Stamps.

1. I started off die cutting the Grass Frames die set from C9 Sprout card stock and then ink blended on Distress Ink Rustic Wilderness. Leaving the tips the Sprout color card stock.

2. Then I took a 4.25 X 5.50 inch panel of Bristol Smooth card stock and ink blended on in the center to the outside. Tumbled Glass, Salvaged Patina, Broken China and Chipped Sapphire. Then going back over to get the perfect blend. So I decided I wanted the edge to have Black Soot just a little. Went back over again for the blend. Let dry completely!

3. Taking the Twinkle Clusters Stencil, picking out just one cluster. Leaving an opening for the sentiment, I went over and pounced on White Pigment Ink star clusters.

4. Stamp out the Mushroom house, Fairy, and two mushrooms onto X-Press It Smooth white card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

COPIC Coloring:

Mushroom House – R29,27,24, E44, E43,42,40,Y11, Y000

Mushroom Spots – W 3,W1

Mushroom House grass – G07,G05, G03

Rose – R29, R27, R24. G07,05,03

Pink flowers – RV02, RV10, RV00,G05,03,00

Flower centers – Y17

Fairy Skin – E50,51,53, R11, R32

Hair- E59,57,55

Wings – BG000, BG0000

5. Fussy cut out or use a Brother Scan & Cut out the images.

6. White heat emboss the Birthday Wishes in the center of the blue panel.

7. Add 3D foam strips to the back of the Grass Frame. And 3D squares behind the Fairy towards the rose, not to cover over the frame.

8. Adhere the frame to the panel, the with liquid glue adhere the mushroom house to the bottom right. Last attach the two extra mushrooms to the left.

9. Add the Fairy to the top left corner of the frame.

10. Die cut out the flowers from Grass Frame die set out of MFT- Red Hot, Lawn Fawn – Ballet Slippers, Concord & 9th – Clover.

11. Add Gold baubles for the centers. Attaching the 3 flowers to the top right and bottom left.

Thanks for stopping by,

Debbie
