Today I’m sharing a card that I hold dear to my heart! When I saw the new Big Dump Truck Die and Big Excavator Die I got a little teary eyed. My late father was a Dump Truck driver. I have some fond memories riding with him in his truck.
1. Started off with a 5X7 Panel from MFT Cement gray card stock.
2. Place on the Waffle Flower Grip Mat, with the new Brick Background Stencil. I added Distress Grit Paste Opaque paste over using a spatula. I didn’t make it perfect, wanting a grunge look! Once it was dry I slide over the stencil and completed the wall for my scene. Letting it completely dry once again, the trimmed off 1/8 inch on all sides. Splatter on a Brown Spray Stain for a muddy look.
3. Die cut out the new Big Dump Truck Die in MFT Something Blue, C9 Pebble, BlueBerry, Black and Silver Metallic.
4.Die cut out the new Big Excavator from Lawn Fawn Fake Tan, Hero Hues Black, C9 Pebble and Silver. The window is the Lawn Fawn Pearl Vellum.
5. Big Wishes Shadow Dies from Black and Silver.
6. White heat embossed the sentiment from new Utility Vehicles Stamp set.
7. Add 3D foam squares to the back to the Big Dump Truck and Big Excavator Dies, Big Wishes Shadow Dies, the sentiment. Add liquid glue to the foam squares to make sure it adheres properly to the stencil background.
