Jump for Joy

Hi friends, my girlfriend let me borrow this Jump for Joy Stencil and Die Set some time ago. It has been lying on my work station that seems like forever!!! I finally sat down to play with the stencil and die this last weekend. Hubby was gone so that’s when I can really craft!! That’s not true I craft all the time, I just didn’t have to cook dinner and clean!

Anyhow, for the card I grabbed a panel of Neenah #80 Solar Crest. And with the panel and stencil on a grip mat I ink blended on Simon Says Pawsitively Ink, Field, Limelicious, Sweets, Bubblegum, Marine, Cadette, Latte, Cocoa inks. Once I was done with the stencils, I did go over the panel carefully with the residue from the blue brush. I lightly went over the water and sky areas.

Trimmed the panel down with the Perfect Touch Rectangle and Tag Die Set. Which is on sale right now over at Spellbinders! Then to mat it I used a bubblegum cardstock in my stash, die cutting it 1/8 inch larger.

Then with a medium green, Black, White, and cream card stock, I die cut out my Frog! Popped him up with some foam squares.

With the sentiment from the set, I placed the panel in my Misti and stamped it out with the Cocoa Ink.

Matted it on the same green as the frog, and attached it to a standard A2 card base. Add a few embellishments and called it a day. Super easy and quick to make!
