So for my card today, I made it in mind to send to a friend that is battling cancer for a second time! She is a warrior or a super woman, always has a smile on her face!

I started off with the Club-Crate Exclusive Better Press gift this month called Edge Effects. I hot foiled with Skybright Foil onto a standard A2 panel of Breeze Cardstock, then trimmed off an 1/8 inch on all four sides.

Since I had the glimmer machine out I did the “You Are Super” sentiment from the Small Die of the Month Club, using White foil on Glossy Black card stock.

Next, I die-cut out the super woman and of course she had to had a pink cape! As usual I ink blended on the edge of the card stock to give it depth and dimension. I even did the edges of the clouds and die cut out extra gold stars. For the boots I ran it through with glossy Black and the hot pink card stock. Then snipped off the detail trim on the top of the boots, you can see little lines where to trim. And I just glued the pink directly over the black to change out the trim.

Then with the Clear Stamp and Die Club of the Month- Good Times, I stamped and white heat embossed the “Fly Fierce”

Adhered the elements together popping them up with foam squares on the back.

Attached it all together onto a standard A2 Card base.
