Tiny Library

Hi crafty friends, back with my last card using August My Monthly Hero Kit from Hero Arts. How cute is this Tiny Library Dies in the kit, the worm totally makes it with his glasses!

The My Monthly Super Hero kit is sold out right now, but there may be a few come available. After Hero Arts have the subscribers cancel their subscription, so I will let you know on Instagram in my stories.

I started off with the Windy card stock from the kit, die-cutting it in half to a standard A2 panel size. Then with the Head in the Clouds Embossing Folder from Spellbinders, I ran them both through my Platinum 6 machine.

Next I started by die-cutting out the library itself, I wasn’t sure on the colors of the books. I kept with the colored card stock in the kit.

I decided to add on the small flowers and the flag banner from the set adding it on the bottom. But to keep it balanced I add some of the same flowers to the top over the circle window.

Once I started adding in the books and the worm, I went with the worms tail to come out of the doors. Oh and I should mention I added acetate to the back of the window doors. You can’t tell in the photos but in person you can tell.

I popped on a couple of the bumbling bees with foam squares.

I still needed to add the sentiment and the one that comes with the set fit in perfectly under the flower arrangement.
