Mouse Holder

Hi friends, the new Fall release has hit the Pretty Pink Posh shop! There’s so many wonderful fall products like this cutie the Mouse Holder die!

I started off by die-cutting him out of Kraft Card stock and blending with a darker dye ink on the edge to give him dimension. Adding on pinks cheeks, belly and inner ear pieces.

Next, with the new fabulous Fall Holder Additions Dies I die-cut out the basket full of apples, leaves, and a pumpkin! I went in with shade darker of dye inks on all the elements and add dimension. Also using a white gel pen for highlights.

Using the new Windowpane Plaid Stencils, on Cinnamon cardstock and a darker red brown dye ink on a grip mat. I blended on layer one both vertical and horizontal. A pouncer or Pixi spray on the back of the stencil would be great to get it to hold in place.

With the second largest previously released Stitched Arches dies I cut it from Alabaster card stock. Then with the new Upright Greeting: Fall stamp, there are coordinating dies but I chose to stamp my sentiment directly onto to the Arch panel. I did lay out my mouse to make sure I had proper placement of the sentiment.

I started attaching the mouse with foam square on the back on the arch panel. Then doing the Fall Holder additions with some tucked behind the mouse and basket of apples. With the big apple in his arms, I should have found a die to make it look like the mouse took a bite! 😂

The final step was adding glossy accents to his nose.
