Hi friends, for my card today I have the Winter Peace BetterPress Plate that was launched on September 23rd from Spellbinders. Along with the Simon Hurley Joyful Christmas Sentiments BetterPress Plate. I thought they were perfect together rather than using the sentiment that came with the BetterPress Plate.
Before I hot foiled with the Winter Peace BetterPress Plate, I took a standard A2 panel of Tutu card stock and ink blended with a darker pink dye ink on the top to make a gradient look. I did this while my glimmer was heating up, with the BetterPress plate was on the there.
Next, I placed the white foil over the plate and then the card stock and ran it through my Platinum 6 machine.

Since my glimmer was hot, I foiled with gold foil the Joyful Christmas Sentiments BetterPress. Since they are all individual I always like to hot foil more at one time to have the extras on hand.
I knew it would need more so I went into my stash. The Winter Peace BetterPress is to press to cover up or use something too silly.
I found the perfect Poinsettia and sprays in the Holiday Blooms Etched dies. This is an oldie but a goodie!
I layered up two of the larger layer of the poinsettias and one of the smaller layer. I die-cut them from white and with a lime green dye ink I blended in the centers before I adhered them together.
I used some white glitter card stock from Lawn Fawn, for a couple of the sprays.
Like I said earlier I kept this pretty simple to let the Winter Peace BetterPress Plate shine.
