Hi Friends, how fun are these Designer Purse Dies from Spellbinders?

I decided to make a 5X7 card to show off these purses, because why? Life is too short and go ahead and buy the purse! But for most of us it’s the Crafting supplies!🤣

I went into my pattern paper stash looking for a fun summer pattern big enough to make the 5X7 panel. It’s from Honey Bee Stamps 6X8 paper pack.

I used the 5X7 Matting Basics Dies to trim out the first two layers.

Next, with card stocks that matched the pattern paper. With the yellow purse after I die-cut it out. I ran it through with the Petite Tuft embossing folder. I added some dimension on some of the edges before I attached the purses together. This is really necessary when the image is of all the same color cardstock.

Before I adhered the purses to the white panel I laid out my design and figured out where the sentiments from the Keep Calm Sentiments stamp and stamped them out with Tuxedo black ink. So then I popped up the purses with foam squares and attached them at angles.

I felt like they were missing something, I mean they are Designer Purses! In The Special Toast Die Set I found the perfect size flowers. I die-cut them out with the same card stocks but keeping the middle of the flowers the same color card stock as the purse it was going on.
