Hi friends, I had a late start on the “Up & Away” Press & Foil club this month over at Spellbinders. It showed up in the mail as I was at Simon Says Create Event in Ohio.

I had this idea in my head when I saw the sample of it. Why I didn’t die-cut out another dog from the Small Die of the Month I just don’t know. But the Steamboat Willie Duo fit in just fine.

With the “Up & Away” Press plate I hot foiled this month’s Matt Silver Foil on to a standard A2 Windy card stock panel.

Since the Glimmer was hot, I foiled the sentiments from the set as well on Raven card stock also. Die-cutting them out with the dies in the set.

Next I pulled out the Steamboat Willie Duo Etched dies, and die-cut out the elements and glued the mouse together with liquid glue.

With the Swinging among the Stars Dies, I die cut out the basket, two clouds and strings for the basket from the set

For the larger clouds at the top I used the new Cloud Dies from Hero Arts. I did a little blue shading on the edge of the clouds before popping the top layer clouds up with foam squares.
