Garden Planter

Hi friends, here with another card using the Lisa Horton collection over at Spellbinders. I’m using the Ripped Edge Circles Dies and the Garden Planter Etched dies from the collection.

I started off by going through my stash of pattern paper that one had colors I wanted to play with and another that would look good with the Ripped Edges. This pattern paper is from a paper pack from Honey Bee Stamps, that I cut to 4 x 5 1/4 inches.

I found a solid colored card stock that matched and die-cut out the largest Ripped Edge Circles Die. Then the next size down in a white card stock., attaching them together with liquid glue.

Then with the Garden Planter Dies I cut out the flowers from the maroon cardstock and pinks with yellow centers. I used some gems for the small flower centers.

I die cut out a bunch of foliage and add some shading with dye inks. I get pots like these every summer for my deck. I pick out the ones with the spikes in the center.

I went into my stash for the sentiment, this was already die-cut out from Black & White from the Sending Smiles Sentiment Clear Stamp and Dies.

Some of the companies have it set up if you wait after 7 days to finish your order from when you clicked on one of my links. I will no longer make any commission from the sales. It’s very frustrating but I think every one is hurting right now.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
