For my card to day I went with a 5×7 so I could get two of the cuties in it using the New Stitched Bugs Dies and the Everyday Branches.
With a 5×7 panel of Neenah Solar White and the Stitched Rounded Rectangles I did some creative cutting by sliding the die down after each cut. And keeping the die-cutting plate off the edge of the one side of the die. Then I matted the panel and used a corner punch from my stash.

Then with the Round Watercolor Stencil in the center I ink blended on SSS Marine ink and set the panels to the side.

Next, I die-cut out the worm and Caterpillar from the Stitched Bugs Dies with two shades of card stock. I then blended on the edges for dimension with dye inks and adhered them together with liquid glue.
Of course the cute caterpillar needs a branch to crawl on. With the Everyday Branches dies I die-cut one of the branches and added shading with a shade darker of dye inks.
I knew right away with the worm I wanted to bring back the previously released Apple Shaker Die, die-cutting it out of pattern paper from my stash.
The Grass Border die is such a great basic die and was the perfect ground for the worm and apple to sit on, I die-cut it out with two shades of green card stock.

No scene would be completely without flowers of some sorts! With the new Dandelions Dies I die-cut out three from yellow card stock. I know the dead dandelions aren’t yellow but why not have fun with it! The small flowers are from my PPP stash, I felt like I need to add a little pop of pink with the worm color!
The last thing I need to do is stamp out “ Just saying Hello” from the Everyday Banner Greetings Stamp and with the Banner Greetings Dies cut it out.
