Spellbinder’s 23rd Birthday Hop Celebration

Hi Crafty friends, I’m super excited to be apart of the Spellbinder’s 23rd Birthday Celebration hop today! 🥳 Happy Birthday to Spellbinders!

Having a chance to play with my favorite Spellbinder’s stash is even better! Every year their products just keep getting cuter and cuter!

Giveaway:
To celebrate this release, we are giving away a $25 gift certificate to 3 lucky blog readers – selected from the comments on our blog. Giveaway closes on Sunday, June 28th, 11:59 pm MST. The winner will be announced in this blog hop post the following Wednesday. The winner is responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

For my card I went with the super cute Woodland Trio Etched Dies from the Summer Camp Collection by Allison Frazier. I die-cut out the adorable red fox from the Woodland Trio dies. She needed some festive accessories, so with the Splash Days Etched Dies (Out of Stock)I die-cut out the swimsuit dies from a yellow polka dot pattern paper. I made hers look more like a dress and I put an Ice Cream cone in her paw from the Camp Days Etched Dies. To tie in all the color card stock I was going to use I found a polka dot pattern paper from Doodlebug Designs that was perfect!

Next, I wanted to add some balloons for the celebration. I went to my stash and found the balloon dies from the Fountain Wishes Etched Dies. There is a small party hat die with a fringe in the set but the hat was too small but I did use the fringe for the balloons instead. So I went back into my Spellbinders products and found the correct sized party hat using the Birthday Bear Etched dies.

With the Playful Stitched Panels Etched Dies, I die-cut out Neenah Solar Classic Crest #80 with the second to largest rectangle die. Then with a teal dye ink I softly blended in the center to make her pop.

I started to assemble my card by attaching the Playful Stitched panel with liquid glue on the pattern paper. Then with the fox I added foam squares to the back of her and the balloons and pop them on the panel.

With my favorite sentiment set the Ideal Moments BetterPress Plate & Die Set, I hot foiled White foil on to a black glossy card stock using my Glimmer System. With the coordinating dies from the set I die-cut out the stripe of sentiments. Keeping the remaining in a baggie for later use.

To finish off my card I added lots of the Color Essentials Gems-Crystal Mix, white highlights and Star Dust Stickles.
