Hi friends, I’m back with another card using the Mindy Eggen Collection Classic Road Legends 2.0 over at Spellbinders.

Today’s car is the Sedan Street Cruiser etched dies along with the Horizon Highway Stencil that are part of the June release.

I started off with the Horizon Highway Stencil and a standard A2 panel of Neenah card stock #80 on a grip mat. I kept with the desert in colors but I went in heavier for the horizon for that morning glow over the mountains. With the darker of the brown dye inks I went in and splattered on the panel. But I did cover the sky area, no brown splatter up there was needed!

Next, I die-cut out the Sedan Street Cruiser Etched Dies (Out of Stock) from a teal card stock. After I adhered it all together, I thought I’d go in with my teal COPIC and define the etching more. Well, my COPIC spilled out a big blob onto the finish car! I worked and worked to Trey and make it look better. Then I decided to continue with filling in the lines and it seemed to help.

With the Cruisin’ By Sentiments I stamped on the the background panel, “ Wishing You Endless Miles of Joy”

Then with the Perfect Touch Rectangle Dies I die-cut out the stenciled background panel and popped on the Sedan Street Cruiser Etched with foam squares.
