Halloween City Holiday Decorations

Hi friends, all the new releases have hit the shop over at Spellbinders and it’s Fa-BOO-lous!

I’m sharing Yana’s Halloween City Holiday Collection today! This is an add-on to her previous City Holiday Etched Dies. At first I was going to use some pattern paper for the background then I decide it needed an eerie night sky. So I started off with a 5×7 inch panel of Neenah Solar Crest card stock. Then with the new Clouds stencil from Pretty Pink Posh I went in with my Distress Inks, then with water, Raven Splatter Effects I splattered up the background panel. Set it to the side to dry.

I die-cut out all the elements from the City Holiday Etched Dies from two shades of lime green card stock. The roof and door are from a Brushed Black card stock.

With the City Halloween Decorations I went crazy die-cutting out all the fun elements to fill in the windows and to decorate the front yard!

I used the grass dies from a previously release set, making two layers so I could have the hand coming out of the ground!

I went with black trees for some add interest to my scene, using the dies in the Trails End Dies.

The “Have a Faboo-lous Halloween” for my sentiment I press with black ink using the Happy Halloween Sentiments Press and Foil set.
