Hi crafty friends, Super excited to share with you the adorable Christmas Cane Companions Die Set from the Christmas in July release here at Pixi Dust Designs. 

When I first saw them I thought they were the cutest with the two candy canes tucked behind them. I knew they would also be adorable on a pencil, but what about a straw! I have so many fun polka dot straws so I thought I would give it a try. 

I die-cut out all five of the images, blended on matching dye inks on the sides to give dimension. To hold the candy canes there is a little box die to attach it on with liquid glue. 

With the Elves I decided to cut off the bottom with the pencil, then slide in a matching straw for fun decorations.  

These would make super cute gifts if you’re a teacher! Or glue them onto the candy canes to be able to hang from a tree!
