Hi crafty friends! Have you seen the new Mansard Roof Etched Dies by Yana Smakula over at Spellbinders! We now have more detail dies for the City Holiday Dies building for a more decorative look! Then there is also the new Wrapped Up City Holiday Etched Dies to wrap up the whole building like a gift!

I started off with the previously released City Holiday Etched Dies die-cutting it out of Tutu card stock and a lighter pink for the trim to the windows. I knew with the Ivy from the Wrapped Up Holiday Etched Dies that I would be using a teal card stock. Probably the hardest part of the card was trying to figure out if I wanted the lights on or off!🤣

Next, using the Mansard Roof Dies I die cut it out from Fog card stock and added dimension with a darker gray dye ink. The windows are small and don’t have a curtains that would fit in. So with the City Holiday Etched Dies there is a beautiful bow that is perfectly sized to have in the three windows. Speaking of windows, I added curtains using a Snowy pattern paper from my stash.

For the background I used a 5×7 panel of lavender card stock and did a ombré ink blend making the bottom darker. Using the Flurry of Snowflakes embossing folder I ran it through with the lavender panel. Afterwards on the embossed side I ran a white pigment ink over the snowflakes.

Before I could start building my townhouse I need a snowdrift. I could just fuzzy cut one but in the Open Lace Frame and Landscape dies there is a perfect snow hill!

Adhered it all together with liquid glue and popping up the building with foam squares on the back.

I should also mention the lamp in the Wrapped Up Holiday Etched Dies was die cut from gray and gold card stock. On the flame I just used my red orange copic pens to color it in.

Before I added my sentiment I wanted to add some white splatter. I got heavier then what I wanted because I added to much water!

There is Holiday Hugs Sentiment Press & Foil Plate & Die, but I didn’t receive it so I went into my stash and found one that was already premade.
