Hi crafty friends, the new October Clubs over at Spellbinders is now open for new subscribers! They’re fill with Christmas cheer for sure! For my card today it’s featuring three of the clubs, the Small Die called Frosty Tweet Friends. Also the Better Press clubs – Sparkling Bright that a great staple to can craft room, there are endless of possibilities! Last but not least is the Clear Stamp and Die Set- Crafted with Cheer. Which all the sentiments in the set work with each one of the clubs this month.

I like to start off with my background using the new Sparkling Bright plate on my Glimmer heating up. I went and grabbed a standard A2 panel of Lavender Card stock from Spellbinders. The absolute best colored card stock for foiling is Spellbinders! I foiled with Opal foil, I kind of wished I used another foil. This doesn’t show up as well as I wanted it to. After the timer went off I ran it through my Platinum 6 machine.

I really didn’t have a game plan when I chose the Lavender card stock for my background. So I went to my pattern paper stash because I knew I had a DoodleBug paper pack that was blue, purple, and lime green. I figured I could find something to tie in all the elements from the Small Die of the month.

I die-cut out the Mittens from the pattern paper and it all fell into place. I did die-cut out both of the birdies but to keep my design more balance I removed the one from the scene.

Next, for my sentiment using the Clear Stamp and Die-Crafted with Cheer! I stamped out the “ May your Holidays Gleam” onto white card stock and popped it up with foam squares on the back.

Club Info: The new Club subscription sign-up window is from the 6th to the 27th of the month.  After existing club members’ subscriptions have been processed, any inventory remaining will be available for new subscriptions.
