Hi friends, even though the new My Monthly Super Hero kit “You’re the Zest” is already sold out over at Hero Arts. I felt like she still deserved a write up because she is so darn cute.

I started off with the Arched Tiles Stamp set, I stamped it out on a standard A2 panel of light blue card stock using a dye ink a couple of shades darker.

Next, I die-cut out the elements of the Vespa, side car, kitty and the girl from the Let it Ride die set. With matching dye inks I added dimension to the edges of the die cuts. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the basket of lemons but it was nice to have a little extra yellow to go with the lights on the Vespa.

I knew I didn’t want to attach her directly over the Arched Tiles panel because she wouldn’t stand out. So I went to my Spellbinders stash and with the Nested Postage Labels and Tag Die set (On sale!) I die-cut out a white panel.

For the “Hello, Sweet Friend” sentiment I had some premade up sentiments with the Ideal Moments BetterPress Plate (Also On Sale!) of white foil on Glossy Black card stock.
